We are happy and proud to announce that Conservation Lakefield has just been officially recognized by Environment and Climate Change Canada’s Ecological Gifts Program. Our organization is now eligible to receive donations of land through this federal program, which provides additional federal and provincial tax incentives to donors of land for conservation in perpetuity. We are honored to participate in this program which has been involved in conserving more than 195,000 hectares of ecologically sensitive land in Canada.
