We would like to express our gratitude for the wonderful initiatives by members of our Gore community who are raising funds to help Conservation Lakefield.
Long-distance runner Anthony Battah was inspired by the beauty of the wooded trails developed by Les Sentiers de Gore. He organized a fundraiser on Facebook, raising over $2,700 to help protect our natural environments!
We are also grateful to local artist Anne-Marie Boisvert, who is donating the profits from the sale of selected artworks to support Conservation Lakefield. A teacher, nature lover, and incredibly talented painter, Anne-Marie shares our passion for the preservation and protection of Gore’s natural environments. Visit her virtual art gallery on Instagram, annemarieboisvert2.0.
About Conservation Lakefield
Conservation Lakefield is a registered charity recognized as a qualified recipient of the Ecological Gifts Program by Environment and Climate Change Canada. Its mission is to preserve, protect, and conserve in perpetuity the natural environments, ecosystems, and landscapes of great ecological value in the Lower Laurentians, primarily in Gore and the Argenteuil region.
